News Flash: Twitter down, millions get back to work

Like everybody else, I was mildly surprised to see my Twitter updates grind to a halt this morning. So I had a good old-fashioned conversation (analog, face to face) with some folks I work with, and then I went back to work.

Oh, and I wrote this. What surprised me was how shutting off my Twitter client gave me the same kind of feeling I have when I hear that a meeting has been canceled. "Oh great, I get an hour of my life back!"
